Miral Privacy Policy

We don't require account sign-ups, personal information submissions, or any mandatory data sharing to access Miral's full feature set. You can use our Voronoi lattice generation tool, custom neon extraction engine, and all one-tap artistic transformation functions completely anonymously, no strings attached.

All image processing runs locally on your device by default. We never upload your original photos, generated algorithmic art pieces, or editing process data to our servers. No copies of your creative content are retained by Miral after you close your editing session, unless you choose to save the final output to your own device storage.

We only collect fully anonymized, non-personally identifiable usage data to improve our product: this includes aggregate metrics like which filter styles are most popular, average processing time for different image sizes, and anonymous crash logs. None of this data can be linked back to you as an individual user.

The only personal information we ever receive is what you voluntarily choose to share with us: if you send us feedback, bug reports, or feature requests via email, we will receive the email address you send from, plus any content you choose to include in your message (such as screenshots of issues, or examples of your Miral creations).

Anonymized usage data is exclusively used to optimize Miral's performance: we use it to improve the accuracy of our neon extraction engine, speed up Voronoi lattice rendering, refine one-tap transformation effects, and fix technical bugs to make your creative experience smoother.

Information you voluntarily share via email is only used to respond to your inquiries, fix issues you report, or iterate on requested features. We will never share or use your submitted creations for marketing purposes unless you explicitly give us written permission to do so.

We will never sell, rent, lease, or disclose your personal information, uploaded content, or generated art pieces to any third parties for commercial or marketing purposes. We do not integrate any third-party tracking tools into our product that collect your personal usage behavior.

We will only disclose information if we are required to do so by mandatory applicable legal rules that we are bound by, and we will always limit disclosure to the minimum scope required in such scenarios.

You retain full control over all your creative content and personal information. Since we do not store any of your images or generated art on our servers, you never have to request deletion of that content from us — all copies stay exclusively on your device unless you choose to share them elsewhere.

If you have previously sent us email correspondence and would like us to delete all records of your messages from our systems, you can send a deletion request to our support team at any time, and we will fully erase all related content within 10 business days, with no residual copies retained.

Miral is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect any personal information from users under 13 years old. If we become aware that we have inadvertently received personal information from a user under 13, we will immediately and permanently delete all related records from our systems.

We may update this privacy policy occasionally as we roll out new features or make adjustments to our product operations. If we make material changes to the policy, we will notify all users in-app at least 7 days before the updated policy takes effect, so you have time to review the changes.

Your continued use of Miral after the updated policy goes into effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. You can always access the latest version of the privacy policy directly within the Miral app.
